Industry sponsorship
The European Centre for Soft Computing collaborates with companies facing real world data analysis challenges. The firms sponsoring the Master fund one scholarship and part of the operational costs of the academic program. The sponsors participate in the Seminars Program, provide topics for the Master Projects and have preferential access to a pool of exceptional young researchers for recruiting purposes.

Seminars Program and Master Research Projects
The Master in Soft Computing and Intelligent Data Analysis aims to build links between its students and the business world, balancing the theoretical contents with the presentation of applications that were learned in the courses. With this goal the Seminars Program on the “Applications of the Soft Computing and Intelligent Data Analysis” will be given by experts and researchers with industrial experience. The students will have a broad view of the applicability of the courses becoming aware of the real problems that could be solved with the techniques taught in the Master.
The Master project should be related to the main topics of the Master. The sponsoring firms can suggest industrial applications topics for master projects and students are invited to work with them.
SAS Master Class
The students of the master are offered a one week course on statistical analysis, data mining and forecasting provided by SAS. The course takes place in Madrid during August and is free of charge for the students registered in the Master in Soft Computing and Intelligent Data Analysis.
Monterrey Institute of Technology
We have an agreement with the Monterrey Institute of Technology, one of the best universities in America, and students of the master can spend some weeks and take some courses at the Master in Intelligent Systems in Monterrey (Mexico) and they will count towards your final master degree in Spain. Studies at TEC are officially accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools in the USA.
